Section 1

Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the dh333 platform and all services provided under it. By visiting the dh333 website, creating an account, placing bets, playing casino games, or using any of our services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Account Creation Requirements

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited. All information provided when creating an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the dh333 support team immediately. If account details are shared with a third party, the user bears full responsibility for any consequences.

3.3 Account Verification

Before withdrawals above a certain amount, dh333 may ask you to complete an identity verification process. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. dh333 may also close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse
• Use of the account by a minor

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposited funds will only be returned via the same payment method used to make the deposit. Depositing funds through an intermediary or third party is prohibited.

Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. However, delays may occur if an account verification is in progress or if unusual activity is under review. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dh333 offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. You must wager 20 × ৳1,200 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing any winnings from this ৳1,200 bonus.

Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available only to members with verified accounts.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry date — once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
• In cases of bonus abuse, dh333 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.3 VIP Program

The dh333 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on dh333's internal assessment. dh333's decision is final regarding cashback payments and VIP benefits.

Gaming & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game results on the dh333 platform are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial gaming. If you have any objection to a game result, notify the support team immediately.

6.2 Software Errors

If a technical error or system failure causes incorrect results to be displayed, dh333 reserves the right to void that round and return the wager. Winnings obtained as a result of a software error will not be paid out.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dh333 platform:

• Bonus hunting or bonus abuse
• Account sharing or playing under another person's identity
• Playing using any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence
• Coordinated or group efforts to meet bonus requirements
• Any form of fraud or deception

6.4 Betting Limits

dh333 may set or change betting limits on specific games or markets at any time. If an unusual or suspicious betting pattern is detected, dh333 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
